DESCRIPTION:On June 13\, 2016\,   Immanuel Bomze from the University of Vienna will join the ALOP-Colloquium and present his recent work. At 15:45 there will be a coffee hour in E10. At 16:15 the presentation will take place in HS10. \nSecond-order local optimality conditions involving copositivity of the Hessian of the Lagrangian on the reduced (polyhedral) tangent conehave the advantage that there is only a small gap between sufficient (the Hessian is strictly copositive) and necessary (the Hessian is copositive) conditions. In this respect\, this is a proper generalization of convexity of the Lagrangian. We also specify a copositivity-based variant which is sufficient for global optimality. For (nonconvex) quadratic optimization problems over polyhedra (QPs)\, the distinction between sufficiency and necessity vanishes\, both for local and global optimality. However\, in the strictly copositive case we can provide a distance lower (error) bound of the increment around a local minimizer. This is a refinement of an earlier result which focussed on mere (non-strict) copositivity. In addition\, an apparently new variant of constraint qualification (CQ) is presented which is implied by Abadie’s CQ and which is suitable for second-order analysis. This new reflected Abadie CQ is neither implied\, nor implies\, Guignard’s CQ. However\, it implies the necessary second-order local optimality condition based on copositivity [2]. \nFor minimization problems under (possibly non-convex) quadratic and linear constraints\, we characterize both Lagrangian and Semi-Lagrangian dual bounds in terms of conic optimization. While the Lagrangian dual is equivalent to the SDP relaxation\, the Semi-Lagrangian dual we study is equivalent to a natural copositive relaxation. This way\, we arrive at a full hierarchy of tractable conic bounds tighter than the usual Lagrangian dual (and thus than the SDP) bounds. In particular\, the usual zero-order approximation by doubly nonnegative matrices improves upon the Lagrangian dual bounds. Specialized to this setting\, the optimality conditions developed above now return as sufficient conditions for tightness of the relaxation; for instance\, copositivity of the slack matrix guarantees global optimality for KKT points of this problem [2]. \n[1] I.M. We consider a general dynamic model with several commodities and general inter- and intra-temporal production\, which encompasses heterogeneous agent versions of both the Lucas asset pricing model and the stochastic neo-classical growth model as special cases. \n

SUMMARY:Short Course on Reduced Order Work Models
DESCRIPTION:Prof. Matthias Heinkenschloss with the Department of Computational and Applied Mathematics\, Rice University in Houston\, Texas is offering a short course on Reduced Order Work Models at Trier University on behalf of the Research Training Group on Algorithmic Optimization.  \nThe following is an outline of the short course: \nMany applications require the repeated solution of partial differential equations (PDEs) for different input parameters or even the solution of optimization problems governed by PDEs. These tasks can be computationally expensive\, sometimes prohibitively expensive when carried out using only high fidelity PDE discretizations. Model order reduction systematically extracts key dynamics to generate low-order representations of the (high fidelity discretizations of the) PDEs so that quantities of interest generated from the PDE solutions are well approximated by these low-order representations. \nThis short course will introduce current methods for the computation of projection based reduced order models (ROMs)\, analyze the computational cost and the approximation properties of these ROMs\, and demonstrate their application on model PDEs. The second part of this course will introduce approaches for the integration of projection based ROMs into the solution of some classes of PDE constrained optimization problems. \nThe course will consist of five lectures\, with the tentative lecture schedule as follows: \n\n\nPDE model problems and their discretizations; PDE constrained optimization model problems and their discretizations; gradient and Hessian computations.\n\n\nThe Reduced Basis method and Proper Orthogonal Decomposition.\n\n\nThe (Discrete) Empirical Interpolation Method ( (D)EIM ).\n\n\nROMs for linear-quadratic PDE constrained optimization problems.\n\n\nApproaches and challenges for the use of ROMs in nonlinear PDE constrained optimization problems.\n\n\nThe short course on Reduced Order Work Models will take place beginning on Tuesday\, June 21\, 2016 through Thursday\, June 30\, 2016. \nFor more information on the exact times and lecture hall\, contact the organizer.

At 15:45 there will be a coffee hour in E10.  At 16:15 the presentation will take place in HS10.  \nTHE GRAND FOUR.  Affine Invariant Newton Methods for Nonlinear Problems  \nFour affine invariance classes (affine covariance\, affine contravariance\, affine conjugacy\, affine similarity) for nonlinear problems lead to four different classes of adaptive Newton algorithms.  \nAffine covariance applies to boundary value problems for differential equations (both ODEs and PDEs)\, affine contravariance applies to Fredholm integral equations\, affine conjugacy leads to convex optimization\, and\, last but not least\, affine similarity leads to pseudo-transient continuation methods for equilibrium problems in time dependent ODEs or PDEs. For the latter invariance class rather recent results are presented.  \n  \n

Dabei ist es oftmals verblüffend\, welch unterschiedlichsten Probleme der Theorie und Praxis mit Hilfe geeigneter Modellbildung in Beziehung zueinander gebracht werden können. Im Vortrag steht ein Modell im Vordergrund\, mit dem unter anderem Polytope\, Bionade (eigentlich nur Holunder-Bionade) und Antidepressiva in enge Beziehung zueinander gesetzt werden können.

DESCRIPTION:On October 4\, 2016\,  Prof. Dr. Lars Grasedyck  from the RWTH University Aachen   \nwill join the ALOP-Colloquium and present his recent work. At 16:15 the presentation will take place in HS9. \nHierarchical Low Rank Tensor Formats  \nAbstract \nThe first part of this talk on hierarchical low rank formats starts with a general introduction to notions of rank in higher dimensions\, namely Canonical Polyadic (CP)\, Tucker\, TT and Hierarchical Tucker (HT) ranks and the corresponding data-sparse tensor representations. \nEach of the notions of rank gives rise to a different set or manifold of tensors of fixed rank and we compare very briefly the advantages and drawbacks between the different formats. The concepts are introduced in the discrete setting where a tensor is a mapping from a d-fold Cartesian product of finite index sets\, but we also point out the relation to d-variate functions\, the continuous setting. We summarize some interesting open questions that open new and sometimes very difficult areas of research. \nIn the second (and shorter) part of the talk we consider the application of hierarchical low rank formats for uncertainty quantification\, or more specifically for the data-sparse representation of parameter dependent quantities of interest. The data-sparse low rank formats have a strong relation to reduced basis techniques for linear and nonlinear model reduction\, but both methods have their individual advantages or disadvantages. The most challenging question in this area is whether or not the object of interest possesses the low rank structure and how one can reliably approximate it.

DESCRIPTION:On October 5\, 2016\, Prof. Dr. Harbir Antil from George Mason University will join the ALOP-Colloquium and present his recent work. At 15:45 there will be a coffee hour in E10. At 16:15 the presentation will take place in HS10. \nOptimal control of fractional order PDEs \nAbstract \nDiffusion is the tendency of a substance to evenly spread into an available space\, and is one of the most common physical processes. The classical models of diffusion lead to well-known equations. However\, in recent times\, it has become evident that many of the assumptions involved in these models are not always satisfactory or not even realistic at all. Consequently\, different models of diffusion have been proposed\, fractional diffusion being one of them. The latter has received a great deal of attention recently\, mostly fueled by applications in diverse areas such as finance\, turbulence and quasi-geostrophic flow models\, image processing\, peridynamics\, biophysics\, and many others. \nThis talk will serve as an introduction to fractional diffusion equation – fractional derivative in both space and time. A novel PDE result by Caffarelli and Silvestre ’07 has led to innovative schemes to realize the fractional order operators. We will discuss these numerical methods and their application to PDE constrained optimization problems.

SUMMARY:ALOP Colloquium with Prof. Dr. Georg Pflug
DESCRIPTION:On October 24\, 2016\,  Prof. Dr. Georg Pflug  from the University of Vienna   \nwill join the ALOP-Colloquium and present his recent work: \nMultistage Stochastic Optimization: Approximation\, bounds and ambiguity \nAbstract \nMultistage stochastic programs are – in contrast to two-stage programs – difficult variational problems for which solutions can be found only in exceptional cases. For this reason\, we have to approximate them by easier programs. We show how a distance between these problems can be found by a variant of a transportation distance\, which we call nested distance. It allows to quantify the approximation error. Alternatively\, one may find upper and lower programs\, that is simple stochastic programs\, the optimal values of which give guaranteed upper and lower bounds. A refinement strategy allows to push the bound as close as we want it together. In a second part\, we use the nested distance to describe the model uncertainty. This allows us to find distributionally robust solutions by some minimax approach. \nAt 15:45 there will be a coffee hour in E10. At 16:15 the presentation will take place in HS9.

DESCRIPTION:On November 7\, 2016\,  Prof. Dr. Maria Dolores Ugarte  from the Universidad Publica de Navarra  will join the ALOP-Colloquium and present her recent work:  \nTitle:  Analyzing cancer mortality in small areas using Bayesian B-splines   \n Abstract: In recent years\, models incorporating splines have been considered for smoothing risks in disease mapping.  Although these models are very fexible\, they can be computationally demanding in certain cases. In this talk\, several models including one\, two\, and three dimensional B-splines (penalized or un-penalized) are proposed to analyze spatio-temporal risks. As computing time could be a limitation in real practice\, integrated nested Laplace approximations are considered for model fitting and inference. The complete set of proposed models are used to analyze cancer mortality data in small areas. \nAt 15:45 there will be a coffee hour in E10. At 16:15 the presentation will take place in HS9.

DESCRIPTION:On November 28\, 2016\,  Dr. Benedikt Wilbertz will join the ALOP-Colloquium and present his recent work entitled \n Hot Topics in Machine Learning \nAbstract \nThe history of machine learning goes back to the late 50s\, when the first perceptron models were created to build machines that lean from observations. \nIt took until the mid 80s that Yann LeCun constructed a neural network which can be considered as the first production read application of modern machine learning. \nSince then\, the field shifted its focus more towards statistics and probability theory\, which gave birth to bagging\, boosting and the random forest algorithm. \nOnly very recently and with the availability of huge training sets and the incredible computing power of GPGPU devices\, neural networks had a massive comeback as Deep Learning methods and established many new state of the art results in for speech recognition\, image analysis\, natural language processing etc. \nIn this talk we give an overview over the recent developments in the field Deep Learning\, but also present some new implementation of boosting algorithms and show some practical applications. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n At 15:45 there will be a coffee hour in E10. DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, January 19\, 2017\,  Prof. Dr. Armin Fuegenschuh from the Helmut Schmidt Universitaet Hamburg will join the ALOP-Colloquium and present his recent work entitled \nDesign Issues for Magnetic Rulers \n We deal with the design of a magnetic ruler as an absolute positioning system. Trapezoid-shaped magnetic areas are placed side by side\, so that the resulting pattern enables a unique encoding of each position up to a micrometer level. The problem of finding a longest-possible ruler from a set of elementary magnetic areas is formulated as a linear mixed-integer problem\, and solved with a mixture of a heuristic and an extact approach. We demonstrate how to approximate the magnetic signal\, using measured data from Hall sensor cells. From there\, we discuss how the absolute position is recovered. Practical problems\, such as measuring in an unknown altitude\, are addressed.  \n (This is joint work with: M. Fügenschuh\, M. Ludszuweit\, A. Mojsic\, & J. DESCRIPTION:On Monday\, February 6\, 2017\,  Dr. Bart Vandereycken from the University of Geneva will join the ALOP-Colloquium and present his recent work \n Manifold optimization for low rank matrix and tensor completion \nThe minimisation of a smooth objective function subject to (matrix) rank constraints can sometimes be very effectively solved by methods from Riemannian optimisation. This is for instance the case with the low-rank matrix and tensor completion problems However\, the standard theory of Riemannian optimisation leaves some questions unanswered regarding its theoretical and practical application. I will focus on two such questions. The first is how the (Riemannian) metric has a significant impact on the convergence of the numerical methods which I will illustrate by deriving recovery guarantees assuming RIP. The second topic is rank adaptivity. In rank-constrained optimisation\, the rank is typically not known and instead one is searching for the smallest rank satisfying a certain criterion\, like a small residual. I will explain how the geometry of the tangent cone of the variety of matrices of bounded rank can be incorporated so as to obtain rank adaptive algorithms that stay true to the manifold paradigm. \n  \nAt 15:45 there will be a coffee hour in E10. DESCRIPTION:Der Workshop “Women in Optimization” findet vom 20. – 22. März 2017 an der Universität Trier statt.   \nDieser Workshop richtet sich an Nachwuchswissenschaftlerinnen\, Doktorandinnen und Studentinnen der Mathematik mit dem Schwerpunkt Optimierung. Das Ziel des Workshops liegt sowohl in der fachlichen Weiterbildung als auch in der Vernetzung innerhalb der Optimierungscommunity. In Fachvorträgen geladener Referentinnen möchten wir zum einen ein möglichst breites fachliches Spektrum der mathematischen Optimierung und der damit verbundenen Numerik präsentieren. Zum anderen möchten wir den Teilnehmerinnen verschiedene Karrieremodelle vorstellen\, deren Tätigkeitsbereich mit der mathematischen Optimierung in Verbindung steht. Neben den Vorträgen bietet der Workshop viel Raum für wissenschaftliche Diskussionen und Erfahrungsaustausch. DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday\, April 19\, 2017\,  Dr. Marta D’Elia from the Computer Science Research Institute at Sandia National Laboratories will join the ALOP-Colloquium and present her recent work entitled  \nA coupling strategy for nonlocal and local models with applications to static peridynamics and classical elasticity \nABSTRACT: The use of nonlocal models in science and engineering applications has been steadily increasing over the past decade. The ability of nonlocal theories to accurately capture effects that are difficult or impossible to represent by local Partial Differential Equation (PDE) models motivates and drives the interest in this type of simulations. However\, the improved accuracy of nonlocal models comes at the price of a significant increase in computational costs compared to\, e.g.\, traditional PDEs. In particular\, a complete nonlocal simulation remains computationally untenable for many science and engineering applications. As a result\, it is important to develop local-to-nonlocal coupling strategies\, which aim to combine the accuracy of nonlocal models with the computational efficiency of PDEs. The basic idea is to use the more efficient PDE model everywhere except in those parts of the domain that require the improved accuracy of the nonlocal model.  We develop and analyze an optimization-based method for the coupling of nonlocal and local problems in the context of nonlocal elasticity. The approach formulates the coupling as a control problem where the states are the solutions of the nonlocal and local equations\, the objective is to minimize their mismatch on the overlap of the nonlocal and local domains\, and the controls are virtual volume constraints and boundary conditions. We prove that the resulting optimization problem is well-posed and discuss its implementation using Sandia’s agile software components toolkit.  Numerical results for nonlocal diffusion in three-dimensions illustrate key properties of the optimization-based coupling method; these numerical tests provide the groundwork for the development of efficient and effective engineering analysis tools. DESCRIPTION:On Monday\, May 15 2017\,   Prof. Andreas Frommer of Bergische Universität Wuppertal will join the ALOP-Colloquium and present his recent work entitled \n  \nMatrix functions – computation and convergence for Krylov subspace based methods  \nAbstract: f(A)b\, the action of the function f of a matrix A on a vector b\, is required in many applications\, for example in exponential integrators\, where f = exp or in lattice QCD where f(z) = z-α; α ϵ (0\, 1). Typically\, A is large and sparse\, so computing f(A) directly is not possible\, but subspace techniques allow to approximate f(A)b. In this talk will address issues related to the computation and to theconvergence analysis for Krylov subspace based methods. The outstanding problem in computation is how to obtain a stable restart procedure\, and we show how this can be achieved when f can be adequately represented by a contour integral. On the analytical side\, we present convergence results when f is a Stieltjes function and A is symmetric and positive denite and\, with appropriate modications\, when A is just positive denite but not necessarily symmetric. SUMMARY:ALOP Colloquium with Prof. François Glineur
DESCRIPTION:On Monday\, May 29\, 2017\,  Prof. François Glineur from the Université catholique de Louvain will join the ALOP-Colloquium and present his recent work entitled \nPerformance estimation of first-order methods for composite convex optimization \nComposite convex optimization consists in the minimization of a convex objective function equal to the sum of several convex functions with different properties\, for example a smooth term and a nonsmooth term. We consider a large class of first-order methods designed to solve such composite problems\, which rely on specific oracles for each term. We show that the worst-case performance of each of those methods can be computed exactly by solving a semidefinite optimization problem\, which also produces an explicit problem instance for which this worst-case is attained. \nThe performance estimation methodology was born in the original work of Drori and Teboulle in 2014\, which introduced a semidefinite relaxation to study the behaviour of first-order optimization algorithms for smooth unconstrained convex optimization. In this talk\, we present a framework that produces exact convergence bounds for fixed-step linear first-order methods applied to general composite convex optimization. These methods include classical and accelerated gradient methods (including constrained and proximal variants)\, conditional gradient and subgradient methods\, and also allow inexact gradient computations. \nIn particular\, our approach allows us to derive exact convergence rates for the proximal gradient method in function value\, gradient residual norm and distance to the solution\, backed by independently-checkable analytical proofs. We also use numerical computations to obtain worst-case rates for several well-known methods including accelerated gradient and the conditional gradient method\, improving on the best published rates. We conclude with a quick overview of a MATLAB toolbox implementing our framework\, called PESTO (Performance Estimation Toolbox)\, available from https://github.com/AdrienTaylor/Performance-Estimation-Toolbox \nThis is a joint work with Adrien B. DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, June 9 2017\,  Prof. Lorenz T. (Larry) Biegler\,  will join the ALOP-Colloquium and present his recent work.  \nLorenz T. (Larry) Biegler is currently the Head and Bayer University Professor of Chemical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. His research interests lie in computer aided process engineering (CAPE) and include flowsheet optimization\, optimization of systems of differential and algebraic equations\, reactor network synthesis and algorithms for constrained\, nonlinear process control. Projects in these areas include analysis and development of nonlinear programming algorithms\, optimization software design and application to real-world chemical processes and energy systems. He has authored or co-authored over 400 archival publications and two textbooks\, edited nine technical books and given numerous invited presentations at national and international conferences. \n  \nNonlinear Programming Properties and Formulations for Nonlinear and Economic Model Predictive Control \n  \nNonlinear Model Predictive Control (NMPC) is a powerful approach for on-line optimization of nonlinear\, dynamic systems. This talk explores nonlinear programming (NLPs) formulations that ensure the stability and robustness of NMPC strategies.  In particular\, NLPs that satisfy familiar second order and regularity conditions have solutions that are continuous and differentiable with respect to perturbations of the problem data\, and are important prerequisites for nominal and ISS stability of NMPC controllers. Moreover\, ensuring these properties is not difficult through reformulation of the NLP subproblem and addition of exact penalty and barrier terms.  This framework is also essential for the extension of NMPC to sensitivity-based NMPC and economic NMPC\, thus leading to efficient\, on-line optimization strategies that guarantee stable and robust performance. The results of this analysis have been implemented within an optimization modeling platform and are demonstrated on challenging case studies drawn from chemical processes. \n  \nThe presentation will take place in HS 10. \nWe will meet for coffee at 10:00 in E10.

DESCRIPTION:On Monday\, June 12\, 2017\,  Prof. Gabriel Wittum of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology  will join the ALOP-Colloquium and present his recent work entitled \nSimulation of Neuronal Signal Processing \nThe crucial feature of neuronal ensembles is their high complexity and variability. This makes modelling and computation very difficult\, in particular for detailed models based on first principles. The problem starts with modelling geometry\, which has to extract the essential features from those highly complex and variable phenotypes and at the same time has to take in to account the stochastic variability. Moreover\, models of the highly complex processes which are living on these geometries are far from being well established\, since those are highly complex too and couple on a hierarchy of scales in space and time. Simulating such systems always puts the whole approach to test\, including modeling\, numerical methods and software implementations. In combination with validation based on experimental data\, all components have to be enhanced to reach a reliable solving strategy. \nTo handle problems of this complexity\, new mathematical methods and software tools are required. In recent years\, new approaches such as parallel adaptive multigrid methods and corresponding software tools have been developed allowing to treat problems of huge complexity. In the lecture we present a three dimensional model for the simulation of signal processing in neurons. Part of this approach is a method to reconstruct the geometric structure of neurons from data measured by 2-photon microscopy. Being able to reconstruct neural geometries and network connectivities from measured data is the basis of understanding coding of motoric perceptions and long term plasticity which is one of the main topics of neuroscience. DESCRIPTION:On Monday\, June 26 2017\,  Dr. Giorgio Ferrari with Bielefeld University will join the ALOP-Colloquium and present his recent work entitled  \nOn the Optimal Management of Public Debt: a Singular Stochastic Control Problem \n  \nConsider the problem of a government that wants to reduce the debt-to-GDP (gross domestic product) ratio of a country. The government aims at choosing a debt reduction policy which minimises the total expected cost of having debt\, plus the total expected cost of interventions on the debt ratio. We model this problem as a singular stochastic control problem over an infinite time-horizon. In a general not necessarily Markovian framework\, we first show by probabilistic arguments that the optimal debt reduction policy can be expressed in terms of the optimal stopping rule of an auxiliary optimal stopping problem. We then exploit such link to characterise the optimal control in a two-dimensional Markovian setting in which the state variables are the level of the debt-to-GDP ratio and the current inflation rate of the country. The latter follows uncontrolled Ornstein-Uhlenbeck dynamics and affects the growth rate of the debt ratio. We show that it is optimal for the government to adopt a policy that keeps the debt-to-GDP ratio under an inflation-dependent ceiling. This curve is given in terms of the solution of a nonlinear integral equation arising in the study of a fully two-dimensional optimal stopping problem. \n  \nThe presentation will take place in HS9. \nPlease join us for coffee at 15:45 in E10.

Kolda\, Stephen Wright as speakers at the upcoming ALOP Autumn School entitled “Optimization in Machine Learning and Data Science.” \nRepresenting three top class authorities in their respective fields of research\, reaching from optimization of signal and image processing over large scale linear programming problems to tensor decomposition and many more\, they will be sharing their experience and knowledge on theory and application of optimization algorithms. \nAutumn School 2017 Program (click for download) \nRegistration is closed \nInformation on scheduled Speakers:  \n  \nJulian Hall\, The University of Edinburgh –   \nHis research interests are the development of algorithmic and computational techniques for solving large scale linear programming (LP) problems using the revised simplex method on both serial and parallel computers. Consequential research interest is the application of these techniques in other areas of computation optimization and linear algebra. \nMr. Hall plans on talking about high performance simplex which will naturally lead into high performance numerical computation. He will look at computational issues in interior point methods and the applicability of “modern” first order methods to the solution of LP problems\, as well as talk about one of his current research topics. \n  \n Tamara G. Kolda\, Sandia National Laboratories –   \nHer research interests are computational algorithm design and development\, including linear and multi-linear algebra\, tensor decomposition\, tensor eigenvalues\, graph algorithms\, machine learning\, network science\, derivative-free optimization\, computational optimization\, distributed and parallel computing. \nMs. Kolda will talk about “Optimization Approaches for Fitting the Canonical Tensor Decomposition.” More specifically\, she will speak about \n\nthe theory and background of the CP decomposition\nstandard approaches such as alternating least squares and all-at-once optimization\nhandling missing data\npractical approaches to choosing the rank\nalternative objective functions for other statistical models/assumptions\nTime permitting\, she may also talk about HPC\, data structures\, parallelization\n\n  \nStephen J. Wright\, University of Wisconsin-Madison \n \nHis research interests are in continuous optimization algorithms and their applications. He works on devising algorithms for fundamental problems in continuous optimization (with practical relevance) and in understanding their theoretical properties. He also enjoys working with domain scientists and engineers in such areas as data analysis and machine learning\, machine learning\, process control\, and computer architecture to solve problems in these areas using formulation and solution techniques from optimization. \nMr. Wright will cover the background of fundamental algorithmic approaches that are relevant to data analysis problems. DESCRIPTION:On Monday\, October 23\, 2017\, at 16:00 Prof. MK (Mapundi) Banda of the University of Pretoria will join the ALOP-Colloquium and present his recent work entitled \nOptimal Control\, Stabilization and Parameter Identification for evolution models \nEvolution models governed by the time-dependent partial differential equations will be considered. In this talk\, we will present some ideas on optimal control\, boundary stabilization and parameter identification for a selection of such models.  For instance\, boundary information will be used to stabilise or to identify parameters of the models.  The first part of the presentation will discuss numerical optimal control and stabilisation of hyperbolic conservation laws.  The second part will discuss how boundary measurements can be used to simultaneously identify a coefficient and an initial condition of a parabolic partial differential equation using an identification algorithm.  Numerical algorithms will be discussed and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithms will also be demonstrated. \nThe presentation will take place in HS9. \nPlease join us for coffee at 15:45 in E10.
