Martina Shaw was born in Burbach (Siegerland). After emigrating to the U.S. in 1983, she returned to Germany in 2015 and joined the RTG ALOP in April 2016. Her education and professional background is in law firm administration.

Laura Sokolowski was born in Trier. After completing her education as foreign language assistant, she also completed an apprenticeship as hotel specialist.
After working in a professional capacity for many years she joined the RTG ALOP as an administrative coordinator in September 2022.
