We are very proud to announce the winners of the Marguerite Frank Award for the best EJCO paper 2021 who are Thomas Kleinert, Martine Labbé (Mercator Fellow RTG ALOP), Ivana Ljubić and Martin Schmidt (Principal Investigator and Vice-Speaker, RTG ALOP) for their paper (Article 100007 of EJCO Vol. 9) entitled A Survey on Mixed-Integer Programming Techniques in Bilevel Optimization.
